Jimmy Wilson was summoned by Art Levitt, Jr. (ESPN Zone fame) to assist in analyzing the under-ulitization of venues on Pleasure Island. Jimmy Wilson assisted in crafting a strategy that separated the mixing of adult nightlife activities from family attractions. Nightly, the common area was transformed to a party atmosphere, akin to Rush Street (Chicago), 6th Street (Austin), Bourbon Street (New Orleans) and Beale Street (Memphis).
